worldbounds flicker party

Postby tharo » Sat Apr 06, 2013 10:48 am

Ever had a pretty smal scene and set the camera worldbounds to something smaler than the actual screen size?
This can cause many weird effects .. Such as axis-snapping in the camera follow mode. Or even weird flicker party by default.

It always gonna start if the dimension of the worldbounds rect is smaler than the Ax.width or Ax.height.
Well. Maybe an SetBounds function could come in handy that takes care of smaler values

There's probably two reasonable ways to handle this... Either I throw an error when you set something smaller than the screen (because if your set the bounds smaller than the screen size, it doesn't make sense, as part of the camera always has to be outside that bounds, regardless of the position of the camera). Or if the size is smaller it will just act like you set the bounds equal to the size of the screen (but then it's a tossup to how you handle actually positioning the camera, do you make it so the scene is in the upper left, centered, etc?)

I'll look into it though.
